These Terms and Conditions define how you interact with our services and represent Travzee’s position on the usage of these services. This document governs your relationship with Travzee. By accepting, you agree to all the clauses mentioned below.


Tour Price

Tour prices may vary depending on the number of participants joining the trip.


Accommodations

In remote areas, luxury hotels may not be available. Expect basic amenities — 24/7 electricity, hot water, or Wi-Fi may not be guaranteed.


Room Categories

Packages are based on standard rooms, regardless of hotel category. Room upgrades are subject to availability and must be paid directly at the hotel.


Similar Accommodation

For large groups, accommodations may be split across different hotels. We strive for similarity in rooms but appreciate your understanding if they vary slightly.


Special Requests

Requests like early check-in or specific room preferences are subject to availability upon arrival. Any extra charges must be borne by you.


Meal Plans

Meals are generally served as set menus or buffets. À la carte items, snacks, drinks, soups, and desserts are not included unless stated.


Alcohol

We do not encourage alcohol consumption at high altitudes. If consumed, it must comply with hotel policies.


Triple Sharing Rooms

An extra mattress (not a bed) is provided in triple-sharing arrangements.


Water and Electricity

In hilly areas, expect limited water and electricity. Some hotels follow fixed schedules for hot and cold water. We appreciate your cooperation.


ID Requirement

All guests must present a valid photo ID at hotel check-in. It is mandatory to submit ID copies via forms shared by Travzee representatives for smooth check-in.


Camp Accommodations

Camps in areas like Sarchu, Nubra, Pangong, Jispa, Chandratal, etc., are basic. Swiss camps may have attached bathrooms, but hot water and electricity might not be available. Please understand this as part of the adventure.


Possible Delays

Traffic, strikes, or other unforeseen events may delay vehicles. Please board promptly once the vehicle arrives.


Vehicle Usage

Vehicles are to be used only for the planned itinerary, not for personal detours.


No AC in Hilly Regions

In high-altitude areas, vehicles like Tempo Traveler, Innova, Xylo, or Scorpio do not operate air conditioning.


Lunch/Dinner Stops

Bus stop locations for meals are predetermined by vendors, not by Travzee.


Tour Program

Please adhere to the itinerary. No refunds are provided for late joining, early exit, or missed events.


Discontinuation

If you leave the tour due to illness, lost documents, etc., unused services are non-refundable.


Pre-Tour Services

If you use any pre-tour service but don’t join the tour, no refund will be issued for unused parts.


Behavior

We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior negatively affects others’ experiences.


Liabilities

Our immunity extends to Travzee’s employees, directors, managers, and agents, excluding independent contractors.


Severability

If one clause is invalid, all others remain enforceable. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the tour.


Price Changes

Tour prices may change due to factors like fuel surcharges or transportation costs. Price differences must be paid before departure.


Time Limits

Any legal claim must be submitted within 10 days of the tour’s end date.


Booking through Agents

If booked through a travel agent, your contract lies with them. Travzee acts only as the service provider.


Scheme Changes

Discounts and offers may change or be withdrawn at any time unless stated otherwise.


Liability

If Travzee alters your tour after confirmation, you can either:

  • Accept the changed plan, or
  • Opt for an alternative tour offered.

No compensation is available for changes. If a tour is canceled, Travzee may refund your amount after deducting actual incurred costs. No further claims are accepted.

Travzee is not responsible for:

  • Accidents, illness, injury, delays, discomfort, or theft.
  • Baggage or belongings lost/damaged, even due to negligence.
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or overbookings.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

Brochure Accuracy

Travzee organizes but does not operate airlines, hotels, or transport. While we select providers carefully, we’re not liable for third-party shortcomings.


Scope of Activity

If your actions cause damage or loss to our partners (hotels, airlines, etc.), you agree to indemnify Travzee.


Other Terms & Conditions

  • An initial deposit is required to confirm a booking. Full payment must follow according to our terms.
  • Non-payment can lead to booking cancellation and loss of deposit.
  • We may:
  • Cancel a tour before it starts (refunds only include the deposit, without interest),
  • Make substitutions or withdraw facilities without liability.

Only authorized Travzee representatives (in writing) can alter these terms.


Health & Safety

Travzee is not liable for:

  • Any harm, injury, sickness, delay, or discomfort during your tour.
  • Acts or negligence by third-party vendors.
  • Loss of baggage or personal belongings.
  • Any claims exceeding the total tour cost paid.

Complaints about vendors must be submitted in writing during the tour, with a copy to Travzee staff.

All claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days after the tour ends. Later submissions won’t be entertained.

Each clause stands alone; invalidity of one doesn’t affect others.

Prices are dynamic and may increase closer to departure. Increases must be paid before the trip begins.


Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.), Travzee will not be liable. Any additional costs must be borne by the customer.

Travzee” refers to the team operating this platform and its trips. “You” refers to the customer or rider.

By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.

3. What’s What

  • Service Info: Our site gives an overview — it’s not a binding sales offer.
  • No Guarantees: We try to maintain accuracy, but minor errors can occur.

Using Our Services

  • Your Responsibility: Ride at your own risk. Ensure you’re skilled and experienced. Travzee is not responsible for teaching riding.
  • Know the Trip: Understand routes, conditions, and personal fitness needs.
  • Health Check: Consult a doctor before joining, especially for high altitudes.
  • Luggage & Belongings: You’re responsible for your own items.
  • Special Needs: Inform us during booking. We’ll try to accommodate.
  • No Smoking: Not allowed in Travzee vehicles. Follow local laws.
  • Third-Party Standards: We don’t own hotels or restaurants; quality may vary.
  • Follow Rules: Respect local laws and tour manager guidance.
  • No Illegal Items: Don’t carry prohibited substances.
  • Safety First: If we deem a ride unsafe for you, you may need to shift to a support vehicle (no refund).
  • No Booze or Drugs: Consumption before/during the ride can result in removal.
  • Right to Refuse: We can deny participation for safety or behavioral concerns.
  • Final Responsibility: You’re responsible for yourself and any pillion rider.
